Focusing on Customer Care, as well as Commercial insurance, Auto insurance, Boat insurance, Motorcycle insurance, Scooter insurance, RV insurance, and Renters insurance, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Born in Costa Rica and a proud Broward resident for the past 16 years, Alex is also a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters and an alumna of Miami High School (Go Stingarees!). Beyond her professional commitments, Alex is deeply involved in community service. She actively participates in school programs supporting special needs children and breast cancer awareness. Her advocacy extends to raising awareness for brain aneurysm, pediatric stroke, and disability inclusion—causes that are close to her heart and inspire her efforts to make a meaningful impact.
