  Chris Green is a Partner at The Agency Fort Lauderdale West, where he and his wife, Broker Patty Da Silva, lead with expertise, innovation, and a passion for luxury real estate. Known for delivering exceptional results, Chris combines strategic marketing, savvy negotiation, and hands on service to guide high-net-worth clients, including executives, professional athletes, and industry leaders, through every step of the real estate journey. A true visionary in real estate marketing, Chris leverages high definition drone footage, immersive 360-degree tours, and cutting edge digital advertising to spotlight each home. He personally directs elite photographers, videographers, and highly targeted ad campaigns to ensure every listing shines in a competitive marketplace. Chris is more than a marketer, he is a hands on leader who oversees staging, inspections, appraisals, and closings with precision and care. His proactive mindset and calm-under-pressure approach create a smooth, stress free experience for buyers and sellers alike. Real estate is in Chris’s DNA. His father, Chairman of the Construction Board of Florida, built legendary pools and fountains across South Florida, including at the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach and the Versace Mansion. Outside of real estate, Chris is a multi-talented creative. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Theater and Film, he acted in nine films, including Shadow Fighter (2017) with Burt Reynolds. A lifelong musician, Chris plays both guitar and drums and recently launched his music career with two powerful rock singles, Promise Me and You and Me, now streaming on Apple Music and Spotify. His artistic journey began years ago while working at “The Cantina” in California now owned by Carlos Santana where he once earned a $100 tip from Journey’s Neil Schon. Chris also sharpened his gold standard approach to client service during elite training at The Walt Disney Company, where he learned to deliver consistent excellence, something that still defines how he serves clients today.
